• Finely chop the scallions
• Mince the garlic

• Place ground pork in a bowl and add ¼ tsp salt
• Mix vigorously until the meat becomes slightly sticky
• Add the remaining ¼ tsp salt and continue mixing until the texture is cohesive and the meat holds together
• Add garlic and scallions, and mix well
• Pour in the rice wine and soy sauce, then stir until fully absorbed by the meat

• Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about the size of ping pong balls
• Place them directly into your Flambo Skillet
