Instructions
1. Prep the ingredients: Slice the garlic sprouts at a diagonal angle, separating the white and green parts. Slice the red chili and salted pork belly.
2. Render the pork fat: Heat a Flambo Skillet over medium heat until water droplets roll around when sprinkled. Add 1 tsp sunflower oil, then add the salted pork slices. Stir-fry until the pork turns golden and releases its fat.
3. Simmer the pork: Pour in ¼ cup water and let it simmer for 2 minutes, allowing the liquid to reduce and the pork to become tender.
4. Stir-fry: Once the liquid is mostly reduced, add the garlic sprout whites and red chili, stir-frying for 30 seconds. Pour in soy sauce, sugar, and Shaoxing wine, and stir-fry until fragrant.
5. Final touch: Add the garlic sprout greens and toss everything together for another 30 seconds, until everything is well combined.
6. Serve & enjoy! Transfer to a plate and serve hot with steamed rice.
