• 50ml water
• Salt, to taste
• Black pepper, to taste
• 1.5 tbsp sunflower oil

• 1 tsp soy sauce
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• 1 tsp rice wine
• A pinch of white pepper
• 1 tsp cornstarch

  1. Prep the ingredients:

    • Cut the pork loin into small cubes.

    • Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
