Ingredients

Main Ingredients
• 200g enoki mushrooms
• 200g bean sprouts
• 200g thinly sliced pork belly
• 10g scallions, sliced
• A pinch of salt
• Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Garlic Dressing
• 10g garlic, minced
• 20g onion, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp sesame oil
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp hot water
• ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the sauce:

    • Mince the garlic and finely chop the onion

    • In a small bowl, combine garlic, onion, salt, soy sauce, hot water, and sesame oil

    • Mix well to form a dressing and set aside

  2. Prep the vegetables:

    • Rinse the bean sprouts and drain thoroughly

    • Trim the root ends off the enoki mushrooms and separate them

    • Slice the scallions into fine rings

  3. Assemble and steam:

    • In a cold Flambo Skillet, layer bean sprouts at the bottom, followed by enoki mushrooms

    • Lay the pork belly slices on top

    • Sprinkle lightly with salt and freshly ground black pepper

    • Cover with a lid and steam over low heat for 8–10 minutes until the pork is cooked through

  4. Finish and serve:

    • Remove the lid and sprinkle with scallions

    • Pour the prepared garlic dressing over the top

    • Toss gently and serve immediately
