• Cut chicken mid-wings in half at the joint
• Slice ginger
• Slice chili diagonally
• Cut scallions into segments
• Depending on size, either halve or leave mushrooms whole

• Preheat your Flambo Skillet until water droplets glide across the surface
• Add sunflower oil and heat until ripples appear
• Reduce to low heat and add sliced ginger, stir gently until fragrant
• Add chicken wings, increase to medium heat, and sear until browned
