Ingredients

• 200g Korean kimchi
• 200g sliced pork belly
• 1 pack enoki mushrooms
• 10g garlic, thinly sliced
• 1 scallion, cut into segments
• 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
• 2 tbsp kimchi juice
• Dash of Korean sesame oil
• White sesame seeds, for garnish
• Sunflower oil, for cooking

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients:

    • Slice pork belly into 3 cm wide strips

    • Trim the root end off enoki mushrooms and cut them in half

    • Cut scallion into segments

    • Thinly slice garlic

  2. Sear the pork and garlic:

    • Preheat your Flambo Skillet until water droplets glide across the surface

    • Add sunflower oil and heat until you see rippling lines on the surface

    • Reduce to low heat, add garlic slices and pork belly

    • Stir-fry until the pork is loosened and the fat is fragrant

  3. Stir-fry mushrooms and kimchi:
